Jonathan Turley: Because the questions about Cohen’s payment to Daniels figured in the search warrant, and because Trump cannot appeal to executive privilege protection in the civil suit, he is at great risk for obstruction of justice. (Also: my read of the relevant regulations tells me that Giuliani’s “irrespective test” probably doesn’t “immunize” Trump, either.)
